Do you have relevant professional experience in sales? Then our trainee programs are just right for you. They prepare you step by step to take on a responsible and future-proof position. This allows you to develop individually and immerse yourself in exciting areas of responsibility.

As a trainee, you can join us as a Store Manager Trainee or District Manager Trainee
The trainee program can start year-round, depending on demand
The duration varies between 10 and 20 months, depending on the area
To qualify for a trainee position, you should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or have initial professional experience in the relevant field
In addition, you enjoy working in retail, are a team player with strong communication skills, and bring a healthy level of initiative and personal responsibility

Trainee program overview

Onboarding phase

During the six-month orientation phase, you will gain insights into the company structure, your relevant areas of work, and various working methods.

Qualification phase

The qualification phase lasts between three and ten months, depending on the business area. It provides intensive training for your future role as well as insights into all related areas and departments of the company.

Additional focus areas include:

Preparing and leading team meetings
Participating in working groups
Creating a project assignment and presenting the results

Specialization phase

During the six-month specialization phase, you will take over responsibility for your future area of the company – if required, supported by your manager and a mentor.
