How to become part of Woolworth GmbH:
- Online application – The first step in the application process is submitting your application online. If you’re unsure how to proceed, feel free to take a look at our application tips.
- Selection process – After submitting your application online, you’ll receive a confirmation of receipt by email. We’ll review your application as quickly as possible and get back to you promptly.
- Interview – If the general conditions match, we’ll arrange a personal meeting with you.
- Offer & contract signing – If we mutually convince each other during the interview, you’ll receive an offer and your contract documents.
Tips for your application
Would you like to become part of the team? Then use your application to give us a first impression of who you are. The following application tips will help you prepare in the best possible way:
Your CV:
- List your previous experience in chronological order
- Make sure to include the current date and your signature
- You’re welcome to add a photo to your application, but please choose a professional one – no selfies or holiday snapshots
- Attach (work) references and any other relevant documents
The interview:
- Dress appropriately for the occasion, but in a way that makes you feel comfortable
- Show interest by being well informed and asking questions

Come Together
The “Come Together” is a welcome event that takes place on your first day of work. There, you’ll have the opportunity to make initial connections with other employees who are also starting with us. In addition, you’ll receive an overview of our company.
Individual onboarding plan
The individual onboarding plan provides a structured introduction to your new tasks. You’ll also get to know colleagues from other departments with whom you’ll be working closely in the future.
